A Resident Liaison Officer is required to join the team with a large social housing contractor to work in Doncaster on EWI, Retrofit, and Decarbonisation schemes. The duration of the contract is ongoing for 12 months.
Ideally, you will be an experienced resident liaison officer with knowledge of energy efficiency and/or planned maintenance programmes. You should possess strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and good IT skills.
Job Role Includes:
* Managing and providing consultation and support to residents prior to, during, and after works to their homes, ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Attending client representative and resident meetings, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
* Developing effective working relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors, site-based personnel, local stakeholders, and the local community.
* Maintaining professionalism and the highest standards in service delivery.
* Providing an efficient, courteous, and professional service to all telephone callers.
* Ensuring written correspondence to residents is generated and distributed in line with the programme of works.
* Carrying out choice events, consultation events, and individual consultations with residents regarding future work.
* Maintaining access to properties and visiting residents' homes at the frequency determined by the scheme.
* Managing the residents' complaints procedures as a point of escalation.
Essential Requirements:
* Driving Licence and own transport.
* Previous experience in a similar job role.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday working week - 8am - 4:30pm.
* Street parking available.
