Department and Job Purpose The European Training and Communication department sits within the European DTC Team. This dynamic team helps our employees to enhance their skills and their engagement to deliver exceptional consumer experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to train and coach Store Management and Store Staff and improve the consumer service, following the brand standards. This role focuses on ensuring that every team member is equipped with all the tools to excel, fostering a culture where Consumer is at the center of our activities. You will be responsible for a group of Countries (UK / Ireland / Nordics), with a particular focus on the UK. Job Description: Work and collaborate with the European Training & Communication Team to ensure that these pillars are respected: Consumer Service Improve the consumer journey experience & drive Direct To Consumer performance for short & long-term growth Conduct impacting Store Visits spending time with managers and on the shop floor to help them on coaching with the final goal to create the right mindset and expected behaviours to drive conversion and increase KPI's (B&M and Omni) Team Working Work with the Training and Communication team to ensure a consistent implementation of LS&Co the LMS and Communication Platform Identify the ways to improve service & brand building moments. Provide new training material and concepts according to the needs based on KPIs following the Company strategy. Perform at least one annual review with District Managers to assess the impact of the training activities. Induction and development Cooperate with stakeholders to ensure an effective onboarding programme for new store employees Support the Career Path building and execution in cooperation with HR and Retail Leads / District Managers Work with the Training and Communication Team, and stakeholders to find the most impactful topics for the meetings and actively participate in the construction of these activities Candidate Requirements You have: A minimum of 2 years experience in a Store Management role. You have previously inspired and engaged a team in a common goal. Consumer obsessed, passionate about Retail and Fashion industry. Strong interest in new technologies Proactive, autonomous and organized. Keen attention to detail and results orientation. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Fluent in English, written and spoken. Other languages spoken are a plus.
