JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator

They are currently looking for a Business Support Coordinator.
THE ROLE
The successful Sales Coordinator/Sales Administrator will be required to do the following:
1. Collate management reports
2. Ensure employee one to one/review meetings are scheduled
3. Take notes in Management and HR meetings
4. Maintain and update annual leave requests
5. Purchase orders for department
6. Responsibility for new employee new starter packs
7. Assist the Sales Director in ensuring that work assigned/delegated by them is completed
8. Assist the Sales Director/Management Team with internal reporting
9. Co-ordinate monthly payroll across departments
10. Arrange Quarterly Sales Conferences
11. Manage the Sales Director Outlook e-mailbox
12. Coordinate recruitment activity
CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong Sales Coordinator/Sales Administrator with the following experience and attributes:
1. Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
2. High level of confidentiality, integrity, and reliability.
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
6. Attention to detail is essential.
