Purpose:
We are seeking a paralegal with a desire to progress their career within our growing Landlord and Tenant disputes team, part of the Civil Litigation Division. The group handles all aspects of Landlord and Tenant aspects of litigation. The work is mainly LEI funded. The work is challenging but rewarding and the team places a high value on mutual support and co-operation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Reporting to a supervisor in the team and through them to the partner in charge of the Dispute Resolution Group, the role will involve personal management (with supervisory support) of your own caseload of varied cases. It may also involve assisting senior lawyers on larger cases.

4. A proactive approach to your work and a willingness and ability to use your own initiative;
5. Ability to deal flexibly with different work types, work sources and clients;
6. Confidence to take responsibility for a caseload (with supervisor & Group support);
7. Capable of working with a case management system.
Education required:
Candidates will need to have a law degree as a minimum or equivalent qualification.
