We’re looking for an Online Trading Manager to join our One Stop team we ideally need someone that will focus on maximizing the online commercial opportunity with delivery channels and supplier partners. Ensuring we land best-in-class activations, on time, right first time. Shaping the 2024-2025 trade calendar. Owning the co-ordination of Supplier Activations across our Delivery Platforms Attending Supplier Meetings, supporting the buying team with Selling Online Opportunities Selling in packages to unlock incremental commercial income Working with Delivery Aggregators to ensure One Stop receives maximum coverage Negotiating space during key events and seasons to ensure we feature the right deals. Developing deals, promotions and bundles to meet key occasions. Joining up suppliers and aggregators to drive trade opportunities, nominating offers such as bundles and trade drivers Liaising with the Marketing Team, joining up on social / web opportunities that represent our online offer Working with the in-store trade planning teams to execute the buying teams plans for Online. Conducting end-to-end reviews of activations, taking learnings so future activations are more successful than the last. Ensuring we operate within legal guidelines, including GSCOP, Price Establishment, HFSS, Minimum Alcohol Unit Pricing and ensuring allergens are available for new products. Conducting regular competitor comparisons, store visits, and taking these learnings to develop best practice. This role occasionally requires providing emergency cover out of hours; ensuring activations land successfully during key events including weekends, Easter, Christmas. This role would be ideal for someone with product or commercial experience. A good opportunity as a first step into a WL2 role.
