If yes, this could be the role for you The Learner Support Team are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic professional to the role of Exam Access and Specialist Support Tutor. The Learner Support Team provides support and exam access arrangements for students with a range of learning differences, disabilities, sensory impairments, and medical conditions. The successful candidate will have experience of teaching, supporting, and assessing learners with SpLD in a Post 16 environment. You will be an active team member with a commitment to delivering an excellent, inclusive, and student-focused service. You will value, encourage, and support diversity and foster a spirit of mutual respect with students and colleagues. The successful candidate will have: a relevant teaching qualification (eg, DTLLS, Cert Ed or other Post 16 equivalent) a qualification that meets JCQ requirements for Assessors of Exam Access Arrangements, and excellent report writing skills experience of completing Learner Support Plans experience of supporting learners on 1:1 basis with academic work for all levels of Study.
