Responsible to: Teacher
Location: Bournemouth
Daily Pay Rate: £90 – £120
Hours of work: Full-Time
Contract Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
– Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of all students.
– Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, fostering their academic and personal development.
– Assist in the planning and preparation of classroom activities and resources.
– Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
– Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic development of each child.
Requirements:
– Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
– Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to adapt to the individual needs of students and differentiate instruction accordingly.
– A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards teaching and learning.
