As a result of company growth, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to work within our delivery team. The aim is to identify the best candidates, initially from our database, to cover the vacancies we deliver on behalf of our customers.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Resourcing candidates, using email and phone techniques
2. Stakeholder engagement with our customer base
3. Pre-screening candidates before they are sent to our customers
4. Liaising with our customers to place candidates in permanent positions
Minimum Requirements:
1. Great people skills
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Good communication and organisational skills
4. Microsoft Office skills including Word & Excel
