Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
3. Provide customers with quotations and product information.
4. Negotiate the terms of sales agreements and close sales.
5. Coordinate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Achieve individual and team sales targets.
7. Update and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications
Essential
8. Sales qualification, or time served to demonstrate experience
9. Significant experience in a highly technical B2B environment.
10. Experience working in an environment aligned to the technical aspects of this role.
11. Experience working successfully within a performance measured CRM based sales environment.
12. Full clean driving license for use in the UK
Desirable
13. Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific, technical, engineering discipline.
14. Project Management qualification such as Prince2, Six Sigma, CAPM, PMP. or equivalent
15. Customer Service qualification such as NVQ, Practitioner, Institute of Customer Service or equivalent
16. Experience with budgeting and sales forecasting.
17. Proven track record of delivering Customer Service Excellence.
