Internal Sales Co-ordinator (Protec Direct)
Location: Wednesbury
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week, no weekends or Bank Holidays
Salary: £27,106

The Role
1. To take incoming calls, must be answered within 3 rings
2. Deal with emailed and faxed orders/queries
3. Process of orders on G2B system
4. To look after own special orders including processing & ordering and to chase suppliers
5. Regular daily use of CSR system
6. To meet a minimum target of £1000 per month add on sales, to be recorded on spreadsheet.
7. Ensure all opportunities are taken to maximise sales and margin through range extensions, own brand etc
8. Grow and develop new and lapsed accounts working with other sales staff to achieve maximum potential
9. To make a minimum of 10 outbound calls / emails per day to existing customer base
10. Set up new customer addresses on system.
11. Deal with all customer issues/queries/requests for product and service information promptly, efficiently and courteously, ensuring appropriate follow up is completed where required.
12. Manage out of stock items by communicating with stock controller and advising the customer accordingly, offering alternatives if needed.
