Resident Service Assistant role involves ensuring an outstanding living experience for residents by collaborating with the team to optimise neighbourhood occupancy, maintain properties, welcome visitors and residents, and provide first-class customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the front desk and presenting it to a high standard.
* Handling inbound phone calls, monitoring the resident services email inbox, and actioning requests and enquiries.
* Engaging with the local and resident community to increase exposure and the success of the scheme.
* Delivering post and parcels, logging them to the system, and distributing to residents.
* Acting as the first point of call for residents for all maintenance issues and logging them on the system.
* Key management, including organising keys for new tenancies and tracking existing keys.
* Co-ordinating contractor appointments and logging issues.
* Following up on lettings enquiries and undertaking apartment viewings.
* Meet and greet with new tenants, providing Welcome Packs and new tenancy information.
* Conducting regular building walks to ensure Health and Safety issues are addressed.
* Assisting in administration for the wider property and lettings teams.
* Updating utility suppliers with new resident details and requesting/processing bills for void periods.
* Ensuring up-to-date resident communication via various channels.
* Agreeing tenant deposit returns at the end of tenancy.
* Arrears chasing as instructed by Finance/GM/RSM.
* Conducting inventories, check ins, property inspections, and check outs.
* Assisting with resident event planning, management, and execution.
* Maintaining a logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
* Assisting in maintaining documentation on the Savills Compliance systems.
