Trade Sales Manager
THE ROLE : As a Trade Sales Manager within this division of the business, you will manage an account base of both existing customers as well as looking to identify and win additional new accounts in the North and Midlands. Working with a customer based of specialist windows and door fabricators and installers there will be a need to be both technically involved and commercially able to work with buyers and business owners. Representing a long established, global brand of technical façade systems and beautifully crafted windows and bi-fold doors, this is a very well respected brand in the UK. You will be well supported in your role with a CRM, industry leading software and design tools as well as a very experienced sales, technical and marketing team around you. This role will involve a full induction and technical training of in house systems. Candidates will need to be au fait with reading and working on technical drawings. The role would suit either an experienced construction sales candidate seeking a new challenge or this could also suit a bright non sales candidate who has worked for a fabricator/installer with a desire to break into a blue chip career. Key to success in this role is a desire to work hard, technical credibility and drive to develop and expand business opportunities. Candidates should have a full driving licence, a willingness to cover a large area and be passionate about the sector.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
· 2 years or more working in field sales within exterior building systems
· Have sold a product to either contractors, fabricators, specialist installers
· Ability to manage a pipeline of projects and long sales cycle
· Possible a consultative, driven person from an estimator, project manager or design background
· Any experience of glass, facades, cladding or exterior building products would be desirable
Salary: £50-60,000 basic salary, plus OTE, company car, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday, pension scheme
