What you’ll be doing:
Leading a team overnight, to replenish the store whilst getting stuck in yourself to prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and replenish shelves.
Often, you get to run a full store operation on your own overnight, being responsible for the full shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues in store.
Making sure that standards are brilliant come morning so we’re ready to serve our customers.
People management is a big part of the role, managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate.
To help support this lifestyle, our nightshift managers work full-time hours over 4 nights, as well as receiving a £4,500 premium on top of your base salary.
What makes a great nightshift manager:
1. Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
2. Provides brilliant customer service and coaches a team to do the same.
3. Delivers KPI's or other performance indicators.
4. Can manage disciplinaries, performance issues or other similar employee relations issues.
5. Leads operations and is comfortable doing this alone in the absence of more senior management.

Managing in our stores:
Our management teams are at the heart of operations in store. They lead by example – inspiring and motivating our teams to give their best for every customer every day. From product availability and health and safety to running the day-to-day operation, there’s no part of the in-store experience they don’t get to influence and improve. And what they do makes work better for our colleagues and shopping better for our customers.
