Our client, a privately owned technology business working in the energy space, is looking for an operational Finance Director to join for a 9-month FTC. Reporting to the VP, this role will provide crucial leadership and strategic financial management as the business executes on its next phase of growth. The Interim Finance Director will oversee all operational financial activities, including financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ERP system management, while working closely with senior leadership to communicate the financial performance to the wider business.
Key requirements:
* Managing the Global Financial reporting and tax
* Supporting the budget and forecasting; cash optimisation, leading the annual forecasting.
* Managing cash flow and risk management
* ERP ownership, supported by an ERP team lead; accountable for the configuration, security and set up of the ERP system (Workday) across both the Finance and People team functions.
Looking for immediately available candidates with a proven track record of owning an ERP system in previous roles.
