Our client, a well-regarded academy in Essex, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Spanish and French to join their vibrant Modern Foreign Languages department as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities:
* Teach both Spanish and French across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with opportunities to teach at Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that foster a love for languages and meet a variety of learner needs.
* Assess, monitor, and support student progress, implementing effective strategies for improvement.
* Promote cultural awareness and language immersion through classroom activities and enrichment opportunities.
* Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum development and contribute to the wider life of the school.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent overseas qualification.
* Have experience teaching both Spanish and French in a secondary school setting.
* Demonstrate a passion for languages and commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
* Possess strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Be a proactive and reflective practitioner who thrives in a collaborative environment.
