Admin Assistant – Band 3
34 hours per week, working 7 days on a rota
Fixed term to September 2026
Salary: £26,869 - £28,998 per annum pro rata
This is an exciting opportunity for a well organised individual looking for the challenge of working in a fast paced environment. You will support senior clinical and managerial staff working within the Safety and Flow Hub at Ninewells Hospital, with the challenge of a broad workload to facilitate the efficient delivery of services provided.
Highly motivated and adaptable, you will provide an efficient and confidential administrative service. This will include producing three times daily huddle reports, gathering information / undertaking enquiries and taking appropriate follow-up action as required.
Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a high level of literacy and numeracy skills. Excellent minute taking and typing skills are required along with relevant proven experience. You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software including MS Teams. A knowledge of hospital IT systems is desirable, e.g. SafeCare, Command Centre.
You should have an administrative qualification or have equivalent relevant experience.
