HR Intern responsibilities include: • Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms • Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves and bank accounts • Screening resumes and application forms Responsibilities • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms • Keeping our training matrix up to date – keeping staff training up to date. • Monitoring policy and procedures expirations • Ordering office equipment and stationaries • Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts • Screen CV and application forms • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department) • Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days) • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies • Participate in organizing company events and careers days Requirements • Experience as an admin officer or similar junior HR role is a plus • Experience with MS Office, excel • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting • Basic knowledge of safeguarding children and young people legislation • Organizational skills • BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field ( not essential) • Proactive, self-starter • Able to use own initiated
