Their strategic stock centres span 35 locations worldwide, ensuring a reliable supply chain for their customers. What is a Quality Technologist? You will be responsible for daily quality activities, including sampling, testing, reporting, and releasing finished products and raw materials. Additionally, you will carry out pre-requisite site controls such as allergen monitoring, environmental monitoring, temperature and humidity checks, and pest control. You will also support document control, internal auditing, and quality-related training. What to Expect? • Flag analytical failures (OOS results) to the operational team• Coordinate concession, pre-shipment samples, and urgent orders with customer support• Manage packaging specification approvals• Participate in GMP and hygiene audits• Conduct weekly environmental and allergen swabs in production• Support validation activities (allergen, homogeneity, cleaning, shelf-life)• Maintain temperature and humidity records• Verify batch documents and labels before production• Collate analysis results and positively release finished products• Assist with induction training for new production and quality staff• Issue customer Certificates of Analysis based on results• Coordinate finished product and raw material sample analysis with internal and external labs• Manage customer premix monitoring, testing, and reporting Please note: Working hours may temporarily change to accommodate team absences or project work.
