Our Client Our client is a well-established housing association dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable homes. The Role Assist with purchase and sales ledger transactions. Manage rent and service charge income processing. Support IT administration and onboarding processes. Prepare financial reconciliations and reports. Ensure excellent customer service by handling supplier and stakeholder queries. Main Duties Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and on time. Assist with rent debits, direct debits, and arrears reporting. Support the preparation of management accounts and audit requests. Manage IT equipment procurement and user setup. Ensure efficient use of systems and IT services. The Successful Candidate Strong numerical and analytical skills with a customer service mindset. Experience with year end. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and finance systems. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Experience in the housing sector. What’s on Offer? Hybrid working model
