The opportunity
This is a front of house role, taking responsibility for creating great first impressions and creating a first class experience to all gusts, advisers and colleagues. You'll be on point to deliver administrative support to our colleagues and advisers as well as the senior leadership team. You should be adaptable, creative and proactive to be successful in this key role here at 2plan.
This role is based five days a week in our Leeds office.

1. Salary - £28,000
2. Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 7.5%

Key Accountabilities
9. Manage the internal facilities for Bridgewater Place, including visitors and equipment for the head office
10. Have a good understanding of all systems and processes within their remit as well as a basic understanding of other 2plan departments processes.
11. Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and general administrative duties
12. Uphold standards of document control and recording of data where appropriate
13. Assist with any ad-hoc tasks required by the administration department or other 2plan departments
14. Effectively deal with queries from both 2plan advisers and clients when required
15. Have a good understanding of AML and Data Protection
16. Promotion of teamwork with the Administration team
17. Providing cover for managing incoming post
18. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
19. Ensure the office areas, meeting rooms and kitchen area look their best and reflect the corporate image we are looking to always maintain
20. Perform the role of Fire Marshall
21. DSE Approved Assessor, to carry out all DSE Assessments for colleagues and address where necessary
