Your new role
As Account Manager/Client Manager, you will:
1. Review all of the accounts files that have been completed by the team, feedback and train the team on review points, including the review of limited company accounts, sole traders, partnerships, and tax returns.
2. Prepare file notes and any areas of interest you think are applicable for the Partner to discuss at client meetings.
3. Post review adjustments to bring the file to internal completion.
4. Assist in pre-audit accounts preparation and provide guidance to the team for our audit clients.
5. Support the team through work that they carry out, train, and identify training needs for the team to be covered by mandatory training.
6. Manage the team's apprenticeship requirements and ensure all studies and training are up-to-date.
7. Assist the operations team with the work planning requirements, ensuring sufficient time and resources to complete the jobs.
