Project Support Officer - 3-month contract - Woking/Hybrid - Inside IR35
We are looking for a Project Support Officer to support a Network Infrastructure Roll Out project. The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge or experience with Monday.com and excel in project support/administrator, stakeholder coordination, and scheduling.
The Project Support Officer must have strong organisational and time management skills, previous experience in a similar role (Project Admin, Project Co-Ordination, Junior Project Manager etc) and an understanding of project management tools - ideally Monday.com.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills while working independently or collaboratively within a team, is a must.
Primary Responsibilities of the Project Support Officer:
* Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of the network infrastructure roll out project.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
* Manage project schedules, timelines, and tasks using Monday.com.
* Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.
* Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.
* Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and organising project files.
Essential Experience:
* A background using project planning tools, preferably Monday.com.
* Experience in network/SD-Wan/infrastructure roll out projects.
Preferred Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of general project management tasks including methodologies.
The successful Project Support Officer will be required to work hybrid, 1 day per week on site, in Woking.
