Academics Agency is seeking an experienced Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school supporting children with a range of additional needs, including ADHD, ODD, dyslexia, autism, SEMH, and anxiety.
Your Role:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with diverse special educational needs, ensuring they feel valued and empowered.
* Assist in the creation and implementation of Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans.
* Build positive, trust-based relationships to engage students in their learning journey.
* Foster independence, confidence, and inclusivity among pupils.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to maintain a nurturing and effective classroom environment.
