About the role We expect you to support the team to continue to deliver high quality work for our clients while also supporting expansion of the business. You will be expected to act with increasing autonomy to deliver client expected outcomes, leading activities and managing deliverables. You will work in partnership with our clients to design and embed collaborative cultures and effective behaviours within complex projects; this will include delivering aspects of the ResoLex offering: Project Collaboration Partner. Supporting teams throughout the project lifecycle, helping them to operationalise collaborative intent to deliver their desired project outcomes. Assessing & Developing Collaborative Maturity. Developing the right behaviours and ways of working to enable a positive and collaborative culture at any stage of a project. Client Organisation Procurement Support. Establishing collaborative behaviours within project teams during the procurement process when identified as a selection criterion. Working with Different Cultures. Highlighting the different cultures present within project environments to understand the behavioural drivers and possible conflict points across a team. Behavioural Risk Management. Supporting Clients to Identify behaviours that can impact project outcomes, assessing their impact, and finding solutions to manage and mitigate them. Team Readiness. Support teams to prepare for delivery by developing collaborative readiness Team Mobilisation. Facilitating mobilisation to encourage positive behaviours, align teams, and establish the foundation for operational capability and collaborative maturity. Responsibilities Specific responsibilities will vary according to grade of applicant. More senior grades expected to demonstrate increasing autonomy in delivery, leadership and management of teams, win work and business development and leadership. Supporting the development and delivery of a range of short and long-term projects. Employing a variety of assessment methods to gather and analyse data from project teams, including interviews, surveys, and other qualitative and quantitative research techniques. Interpreting data to understand, identify, and communicate challenges. Working collaboratively with the ResoLex team to present findings and provide advice on implementation to project leadership teams. Preparing, leading, and facilitating client workshops. Supporting internal and client team development planning, creation and implementation. Developing and implementing strategies for collaboration and engagement. Designing and embedding of effective project culture. Developing project proposals and plans, including timelines and resource requirements. Presenting proposals and recommendations to clients to gain support and endorsement. Enabling organisational change management. Leading or supporting interface mapping and relationship development across the project environment. Supporting the growth of the business by bringing in new opportunities with existing or new clients, and interfacing with existing clients to discover their business challenges. Writing and contributing to written communications material e.g., white papers, articles, newsletters etc. Leading or Supporting internal business innovation and development, including developing and contributing to thought leadership.
