The role of a Domestic (Cleaner) is more than just a job; it makes a huge difference to the wellbeing of our residents and you’ll be a welcomed friendly face, building relationships with residents and the wider staff team.
Making sure residents have a clean and homely environment gives them a lovely place to live and helps to keep residents safe from illnesses.
We are looking for someone who is motivated and proactive. You will be responsible for organising and completing all cleaning duties in the home. Knowledge of COSHH and infection control is desirable, but full training will be given.
The post will be on a 12-month fixed term contract.
* The post will meet the requirements of H&S, IPC and CQC.
* This role will ensure the home remains safe, and that all clothing and bedding etc. is laundered appropriately and in a timely manner, which will improve the overall experience for people who use the service.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974 and requires an enhanced DBS check.
