The Company
An international Manufacturing company who supply into the Corporate, Hospitality and Wholesale markets. Working in a small yet diverse team of fellow Customer Support Assistants, you will also benefit from the leadership, guidance and mentorship of a highly experienced Supervisor and Manager. The Opportunity
1. Predominantly supporting International Customers with administrative and Customer support.
2. Acting as the first point of contact for incoming Customer enquiries from Spanish speaking stakeholders.
3. Taking responsibility of the coordination, communication and delivery of Customer contact in reference to their orders.
4. Liaising with your colleagues in the wider operation, including but not limited to logistics.
The Candidate
You will be an experienced, Spanish speaking Customer Service professional who has a natural flair for organisation, attention to detail and relationship building. You will be proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn. Ideally, you will have worked within a similar role within a Manufacturing environment, however this is not essential.
