About the Role: As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the full marketing mix, with a particular emphasis on digital marketing and campaign analytics. You will develop compelling content, build strong internal relationships, and deliver data-driven recommendations to optimise marketing initiatives. This is an office-based role for the first six months, with the flexibility to work remotely up to three days a week thereafter. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to support the Clinical Negligence department. Create engaging content, including case studies, brochures, and leaflets, tailored to the target audience. Plan, execute, and analyse digital marketing campaigns, using analytics to inform future strategies. Build and maintain strong internal relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Oversee CRM and CMS systems to ensure effective campaign management and delivery. About You We’re seeking a marketing professional who brings: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services or a B2B/B2C environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, confident in corporate settings. Strong writing abilities to craft high-quality marketing content. A deep understanding of digital marketing, with the ability to track and report campaign performance. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to managing changing priorities and deadlines.
