Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Term-Time Only

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide tailored support to students, helping them thrive both academically and personally.
2. Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
3. Develop positive relationships with students, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and engaged.
4. Track student progress and provide feedback to foster their growth and development.
5. Uphold high standards of safeguarding and ensure student welfare is a priority.
Qualifications and Skills:
6. Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher.
7. GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or 4 and above).
8. Experience working with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, and ASD is highly desirable.
9. Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
10. Experience managing challenging behaviours and promoting an inclusive learning environment.
