This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual capable of driving improvements and ensuring the success of both existing and new systems within a Digital Transformation Programme.
Key Responsibilities
The Digital Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming trading and risk IT systems by:
* Collaborating with internal and external teams to design and enhance solutions.
* Leading requirements gathering and documentation through workshops, storyboards, and user stories.
* Analysing the impact of changes and ensuring all stakeholders are engaged.
* Ensuring requirements are complete, consistent, and feasible.
* Working with development teams to prototype and deliver solutions within an agile DevOps framework.
* Defining and documenting processes, training, and testing for new systems and features.
* Supporting business users with testing and training.
* Continuously improving processes, technology, and efficiency by applying best practices.
* Identifying and addressing gaps in processes or technology.
* Managing third-party relationships to improve end-user support quality.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
* Experience working on Cloud Transformation projects.
* Strong understanding of Commodity or Energy markets.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all organisations levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a willingness to challenge assumptions.
* Familiarity with Agile, design thinking, and UI/UX methodologies is a plus.
* Experience in financial or trading environments.
* Experience with ETRM/CTRM solutions is beneficial.
