Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5pm £13 per hour Immediate start We are currently seeking a temporary Customer Service professional who can hit the ground running and contribute to our team's success immediately. Job Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls and taking detailed messages. Liaising with internal departments to follow up on queries. Performing strong administrative tasks, including placing orders in our system. Managing multiple tasks with quick turnarounds in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Great attention to detail and administrative accuracy. A confident, self-starting personality with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
