RAC are on the lookout for a dedicated People Data Insight Specialist to join our People team on a Fixed Term Contract. This exciting role will play a pivotal part in supporting the data-driven elements of our People strategy, ensuring the integrity of our people data. You will be responsible for helping us to transform the way in which we service people data across the business. This role is pivotal in developing bespoke reporting solutions that support data-driven decisions, providing insights and recommendations on trends in people data to Business Leaders. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the successful implementation of People Technology projects aligned with our automation roadmap. This is a hybrid role – working 2 days a week from our Bescot office and 3 days working from home. What you will do… · Proactively review and cleanse people and organisation data to ensure a high standard of quality Design, implement and manage an effective suite of reports which reflect people-based business measures. Contribute to HRIS projects and initiatives to improve business processes, through requirements gathering, configuration and testing To challenge and complete a quality assurance check on People measures and MI proposals. Challenge data providers to understand reason/ rationale for changes and address data issues Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to increase the profile of the reporting team. Implement self-service reporting for key stakeholders and provide insight through commentary to enable stakeholders to understand the reasons and rationale for trends / changes in performance What you will need … The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MI & reporting, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management (including at Senior levels) are essential to this role. You will also need: · Advanced analytical skills including but not limited to Excel and Microsoft Power platforms (Power BI). Good knowledge of Cognos or other reporting suites Experience of using People systems, providing support and contributing to system changes (experience using Zellis would be advantageous) The ability to influence (written and oral) stakeholders of all levels from across the business to change. The ability to work to tight and changeable deadlines Highly numerate with strong analytical & problem-solving skills and proficient in dealing with financial information.
