Within this team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to service users aged 18 and above who are experiencing acute mental health challenges. Key responsibilities include: Conducting holistic assessments and interventions, and supporting with discharge planning. Taking on the rewarding challenge of managing a diverse and complex caseload. Enhancing the lives of service users through facilitating meaningful therapeutic interventions. Main duties of the job You'll work closely with our Occupational Therapists, experienced OT Technical Instructors (OTTIS) and our integrated multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure a seamless and supportive care experience for every individual.
