What Will You Be Doing?
12. Coach teams and leaders at all levels, embed agile principles, values and behaviours
13. Drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
14. Play a key part in scaling Agile practices (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
15. Support the building of a collaborative culture and high-performing teams
16. Contribute to developing learning pathways and communities of practice, ensuring agility is at the heart of everything
What Do We Need From You?
17. Proven experience of agile coaching at all levels of an organisation
18. Deep expertise in agile frameworks, including SAFe
19. Strong facilitation, mentoring, and servant leadership skills
20. Passion for driving value through continuous improvement
21. A pragmatic approach to accelerating and enabling value delivery - balancing theory with practical expertise.
