Salary: £73,819 - £81,441 (actual salary £44,291.40 - £48,864.60)
Hours: 19.5 hours per week(0.6), All Year Round
Contract: Permanent

The Role
As result of growth, we require further school improvement capacity to provide expert advice and quality assurance to schools in our primary phase in line with our School Improvement Strategy.
This role involves line management and school improvement support for a given number of schools. The successful candidate will also manage the implementation of a primary phase strategy such as assessment under the direction of our Director of School Improvement.
Our Central Education Team is highly experienced and consists of a team of four Directors of Education who each lead a Trust strategy, alongside providing line management and school improvement support to our Head teachers.
This role of Senior Primary Advisor will report to the Director of School Improvement.
We require a highly experienced qualified teacher and confident leader with a proven track record of school improvement in primary schools. Someone who has had real impact on the quality of education that children experience in school, who has high standards and can bring an ‘inspector’s eye’ to school standards.
We also need someone who has excellent interpersonal skills and who will work effectively with our Headteachers, who are our key partners and stakeholders.
The Trust
The Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) is a Multi-Academy Trust which has experienced rapid growth since it started in 2016. There are currently 33 schools in the Trust. The Lighthouse Schools Partnership is cross-phase and includes Infant, Junior, Primary and Secondary schools.
