As a Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations.
Your new role
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will:
1. Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales Team.
2. Assist with preparing presentations, product samples, and sales support materials.
3. Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to National Account Managers.
4. Manage UK/Export prices and maintain sales forecasting templates.
5. Participate in admin support for new product launches.
6. Build strong relationships both internally and externally.
7. Handle customer enquiries promptly and efficiently.
8. Assist with market research and attend client meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
9. Previous experience in a Sales Support/Administration environment.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
11. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
12. Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills.
13. Self-motivation and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
14. Methodical and organised approach, even under pressure.
15. A desire to improve and develop a career in sales.
16. A full driving licence.
