SALES MANAGER
Location: Stoke
Salary: £35,000 basic salary - OTE £70K - uncapped Commission Earnings
Working hours: 42.5 hours a week, working 5 days a week, which would include some Saturdays and Sundays (days off in the week if you work on a weekend day)

They have an opening for an energetic and focused Sales Manager. The footfall in the business is high, generated by their inbound and outbound telesales team making appointments and their impressive online offering. With this amount of footfall, they need people who have the drive to earn and who can close a deal.

Skills and attributes:
1. 5 years selling experience in a used car environment
2. Ability to second face and close
3. Able to deliver a great customer experience throughout the sales journey
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Ability to mentor and coach
6. Strong negotiation skills and good eye for detail
7. FCA Accredited (after training)
8. Full UK Driving Licence
9. A presentable and professional individual
