Our prestigious client based in south Oxfordshire are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the implementation of a new HR & Benefits system Workday from early initiation phase This is a chance to come in right at the start of the project.
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and driving the project and will also manage the relationship and delivery from a Workday 3rd party partner who are doing the technical implementation.
Candidates will need the following experience/skills to be considered for the role:
* Experience of HR system implementations specifically Workday
* Able to work on both IT delivery and the business change management components of the implementation
* Excellent communication skills in both a written and verbal capacity
* Able to effectively manage both technical and business facing stakeholders
* Able to travel to site 3 days a week - south Oxfordshire
Outside of IR35
12 month initial contract
