You might be the ideal candidate for this role, or other positions. ROLE PURPOSE The Arch Company is embarking on an extensive roadmap of projects to deliver an enterprise-wide system. To ensure timely delivery by the development team, we are seeking a Technical Team Lead to streamline the architectural design and implementation processes. This role will be crucial in defining and maintaining the technical vision, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions are developed, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Systems and Innovation, the T echnical Team Lead is responsible for the entire development lifecycle, which plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the delivered product meets the highest standards, thereby building confidence among internal and external users alike. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Technical Team Lead: Take ownership of major projects, combining technical expertise with leadership to drive results Team Management: Lead and mentor development teams, fostering growth and collaboration. Scalable Solutions: Design and develop innovative, scalable software solutions. Technical Leadership: Guide technical discussions and decision-making processes. Data Expertise: Implement robust data management strategies that ensure integrity and security. Leverage excellent data management skills to drive smarter business outcomes. Agile Approach: Apply agile methodologies to create a collaborative, flexible, and results-oriented project environment. Business Alignment: Use technical solutions to directly support and achieve key business goals and objectives. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE Essential Leadership : Experience of effectively leading and managing technical teams, including task delegation, performance evaluation, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture Solution Architecture : Proven track record in designing and implementing complex solutions. Project Management : Strong skills in overseeing development lifecycles and managing multiple projects. Stakeholder Collaboration : Experience in gathering requirements and facilitating communication. Business Systems : Exposure to Business systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or others. Software Development Best Practices : Strong grasp of software development methodologies and coding standards. Data Management and Integration : Expertise in data modelling, database design, and integration techniques Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills for issue resolution. Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs. Collaboration : Team player mentality with a collaborative approach Desirable Outsystems Expertise : Mastery in Outsystems platform, including architecture, design, and development.
