Serve Talent are working with a successful manufacturing business to recruit an Account Manager for their facility based in Haydock.
Working closely with the Customer Service and Sales departments, you will be tasked with managing customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities whilst working with the company’s external sales managers.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
1. Building and maintaining relationships with account holders
2. Working towards company, team & individual targets
3. Communicating with and supporting your customers
4. Sales Order processing and quote generation
5. Work to achieve business aims
Ideally you’ll have:
6. Understanding of Manufacturing or Engineering (although this isn’t essential and can be taught)
7. B2B experience
8. Account management experience
9. Customer management experience
10. Business acumen and a hunger to learn
