We're excited to recruit a Decant & Resettlement Advisor to cover a period of maternity leave.
What you'll be doing
You'll deliver an outstanding customer focused decants service, working with other departments and contractors, for those customers who need to be decanted on either a temporary or permanent basis, ensuring all decant cases are accurately and comprehensively recorded.
You'll take ownership of the decant process, developing strong cross team working, both in the organisation and with key stakeholders, through active collaboration and communication. You'll assess customer’s housing needs, ensuring customers are placed in the most suitable accommodation, whilst also achieving value for money.
More about you. What can you bring?
You'll have an NVQ Level 2 in either Business Administration or Customer Care, or be qualified by experience. You'll have experience of working in a busy customer service environment and experience of managing a decant process. You'll have experience of managing and letting properties within private or public sector housing. Ideally, you'll have knowledge of Microsoft Planner, Keystone Asset Management systems - Servicing module (KSI) and MRI.
A clear DBS and full driving licence is required for this role.
When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of up to £37,500 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
