A highly organised Construction Secretary is required to join a reputable organisation located in Camberley, Surrey on a permanent basis. Assisting the Construction Director, you will provide comprehensive secretarial support in a range of administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the department.

Key duties:
* Weekly reporting and production of various reports
* Management of weekly payroll
* Uploading paperwork onto COINS and recording checks
* Daily monitoring and recording of surveys
* Ensuring all plant equipment is inspected and recorded & booking health assessments for forklift drivers
* Assisting the Construction Manager with construction phase plans, working at height documents and any other documents required for a new site.
* Health & safety - management and allocation of scored tasks & attend quarterly health & safety meetings to discuss any issues
* Manage training & inductions for the construction team
* CSCS card audits
* Holiday recording for weekly staff
* Contract of Employment for weekly paid staff and additional HR letters
* Reception cover
Required skills:
* Previous experience within a similar role
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Experience in managing and prioritising multiple tasks
* Fully conversant with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
