Job Title: 1:1 Primary School Support Assistant Location: Bournemouth Hourly Rate: £12.82 per hour Start date: September/ October 2024 Working Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a history of working with children with Special Educational Needs or complex behavioural needs? Or perhaps you are a university graduate seeking to gain further experience working with SEN pupils in a school environment? GSL Education are currently working closely with local mainstream primary schools in Bournemouth to help support their recruitment of SEN Support Assistants. We are looking for a nurturing, adaptable and highly motivated individual who is very patient and understanding of challenging behaviour, and able to respond effectively to the individual needs of the pupils. Experience in a school environment is desirable but work experience that can be transferable is also beneficial.
