4-Day Working Week
Premier Recruitment Solutions Ltd are working with a well known dealership within the automotive industry as a Vehicle Technicians you will play a vital role within the Aftersales function, delivering an outstanding customer motoring experience through honesty and trust. We are looking to recruit Technicians to join the growing, modern workshop in Leeds.
You will have the opportunity to work with an experienced Service Manager who is keen to recruit additional technicians to support one of the UK's largest motor retailers. The role presents the chance to work with a skilled team of Technicians in one of the largest workshops in the business.
We are offering a basic salary between £28,600 and £49,800, depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 40-hour working week, with rota'd Saturdays and an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.
We are running a new two-week working pattern:
Week 1: Work 4 days with a set day off
Week 2: Work Monday to FridayThis arrangement provides a great work/life balance!
We are also offering a £2,000 sign-on bonus in month one and a further £2,000 in month six of employment!
Salary Packages:
The packages we are offering depend on experience and accreditation. You can expect:
Service and Maintenance Technicians: Basic salary up to £38,000
Service and Diagnostic Technicians: Basic salary up to £39,200
Senior Technicians: Basic salary up to £44,000
Master Technicians: Basic salary up to £49,800
Your Role:
As a Vehicle Technician, your role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing vehicles to the highest standards. From straightforward servicing to complex repairs, your expertise will ensure quality workmanship and first-time fixes-core values that guide everything we do.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
An MOT licence (preferred but not essential)
Your own set of tools
A full UK driving licence
