The Head Office Marketing Support role is a varied and hands-on position, responsible for assisting in the smooth running of marketing activities, supporting logistics for branded items, providing administrative support to the head office team, and acting as a key communication point with both suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Support Assist with scheduling and publishing social media posts Support the team with email campaigns, website updates, and content creation Track and report on campaign performance (basic analytics) Help prepare presentations and digital assets for marketing campaigns Logistics & Packing Oversight Oversee the picking and packing of marketing merchandise, uniforms, and materials for delivery Liaise with couriers and track deliveries Maintain accurate stock levels and organise reordering when necessary Office Administration General office tasks such as filing, data entry, printing, and stationery stock control Maintain spreadsheets and records related to stock, deliveries, and marketing campaigns Support the Marketing Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects Call Handling & Communication Answer inbound calls to the Head Office and direct them accordingly Respond to general email enquiries Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, arrange deliveries, or follow up on orders Act as a point of contact for internal teams needing marketing or administrative support Requirements Strong organisational and multitasking skills Good written and verbal communication Confidence using Microsoft Office, and basic design tools (e.g. Canva) Training provided on Adobe.
