The Finance Analyst role is central to our Finance function activities and provides an opportunity to use existing and learn a range of relevant skills. The main responsibilities include to actively support the business by providing an effective and professional knowledge covering management accounting, mathematical and statistical modelling, coding and large set data reporting and analysis.
The role will report to Head of Finance Operations and will collaborate with and support the Finance team and all areas of the business.

Role Requirements
* Understand and review company processes, to maintain and improve existing practices
* Transform raw data into structured information, which can then be viewed to gain insight
* Detect and examine trends within datasets
* Cleanse datasets and reports to find and rectify any errors
* Co-ordinate with management to ensure business and informational priorities are aligned
* Convey analysis through both reports and presentations
* Engage with other areas of the business to specify data requirements for projects tailored to their processes
* Assist in the successful completion of external accounting audits
* Work with 3rd parties to produce requested reporting
* Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports to aid business decisions
* Add and remove charges for customers through TEIP billing system
* Review non-primary charges from Collections for TE customers to ensure accuracy
* Work collaboratively with team members
* Assist and collaborate with ALL other areas of the business when required, supporting them with any queries
* Manage workload effectively ensuring all tasks are completed within given timescales
* You will be expected to carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties
Key Skills & Experience:
* Educated to Degree/Masters/MBA level or equivalent (relevant subjects would include Finance, Maths, Statistics, Machine Learning, Econometrics)
* Previous experience working in a finance or data environment is an advantage
* Must be commercially aware
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability and resilience to deal with challenge and ambiguity
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Competent in all Microsoft office packages including Excel, office 365
* Must be a strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and departments
