Ensure effective housing management services and compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide housing advice and support to residents. Supervise hostel staff and resources. Prepare performance data and management reports. Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Experience in residential/hostel premises management. Knowledge of homelessness legislation, housing management, and welfare benefits. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise staff. Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities. Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Experience working with homeless or vulnerable client groups. Knowledge of equalities legislation and practise. Innovative thinking and data analysis skills. Desirable Technologies: Familiarity with key information systems such as HOPE, HACSYS, and TASYS.
