Job Title: Resourcing Partner (Contract)\n Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid – 2 days on site, 3 days from home)\n Contract Length: 6 months\n Rate: £150 per day (Inside IR35)\n Industry: Nuclear / Engineering\n Company: Rolls-Royce SMR (via agency)\n\nOverview:\n We're supporting Rolls-Royce SMR in hiring a Resourcing Partner to join their recruitment team on a 6-month contract basis. Reporting directly into the Head of Talent, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless candidate experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nReview and shortlist high volumes of applications across a range of roles\n\nPartner closely with hiring managers to support their recruitment needs\n\nManage recruitment administration and ensure accurate tracking via ATS (Workday)\n\nCommunicate with candidates throughout the process, maintaining a positive candidate experience\n\nCoordinate interviews and feedback processes\n\nSupport the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in line with internal processes and compliance requirements\n\nAbout You:\n\nProven in-house recruitment experience is essential\n\nStrong administrative skills with experience handling high application volumes\n\nComfortable using ATS systems, ideally Workday\n\nKnowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, from role brief through to offer\n\nExcellent attention to detail and organisational skills\n\nIdeally experienced in recruiting within engineering or technical environments\n\nConfident communicator, both written and verbal\n\nOther Details:\n\nThis role does not offer sponsorship – you must have the right to work in the UK\n\nInside IR35 – must be able to work via an umbrella company\n\nStart ASAP\n\nPlease contact Imogen Parr: for further details
