Submissions Manager (Bid Manager)
Location: Glasgow
Hybrid working will be considered.
We are looking for an experienced Submissions Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will coordinate and write bids and proposals for various projects, including retail and office fit-outs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and analyse tender opportunities.
2. Prepare responses to Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and tender questions.
3. Liaise with stakeholders for submission of information.
4. Proofread colleagues' work and prepare PowerPoint presentations for client interviews.
5. Attend site visits and participate in PQQ/tender interviews.
Essential Criteria:
1. Experience in bid management or writing.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Excellent IT skills, particularly in presentations.
4. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
