What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle Leader to become Head of Faculty: Performing Arts, with a specialism in Music. This is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate to lead and promote an engaging, relevant, and inclusive curriculum as Head of Music, working closely with the Head of Drama. The ideal candidate will foster an environment where our students can express themselves creatively through performing arts, which, in turn, will support them in shaping their futures.
You will be a key player in our Middle Leadership; as a school we are outward facing; always seeking out best practice, collaborative in our approach and committed to being more today than we were yesterday. If you are resolute that all students are able to achieve accelerated outcomes through a love of their subject and believe that all colleagues can grow and develop together, then this is the right role for you.
We are seeking a candidate who can evidence the impact of their classroom experiences to date and demonstrate their love and commitment to continuous professional development. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who truly believes in unlocking the potential of all.
