Customer Success Manager
£40,000-£55,000 DOE plus bonus

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be at the heart of our customer relationships, playing a vital role in their success. You'll work closely with clients to deliver an outstanding customer experience, driving product adoption and uncovering new growth opportunities. Your mission will be to build lasting partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximising retention, and turning clients into advocates who refer others to our brand.
About the role:
* Responsible for c30 customers, ranging from mid-market through to enterprise and government bodies
* Understand customer requirements and priorities, building long lasting, successful relationships
* Hold regular value review meetings, sharing insights and tracking goals
* Proactively solve problems and strengthen transparency
* Monitor order patterns to forecast income and use data to mitigate risk
* Collaborate across teams to resolve issues, improve retention, and share best practices
* Own the entire customer lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure great outcomes
* Manage regulatory and legal risks through effective contract management
* Use specialist knowledge to advise and guide customers on compliance and industry regulation
* Stay up to date on industry trends, providing insight and education to clients
The must haves:
* Previous experience in customer success or growth account management roles
* Confident building and maintaining relationships with customers and clients
* A track record of delighting customers, expanding revenue, and mitigating customer churn
* Tech savvy with experience utilising software to manage account
The nice to haves:
* Experience working within the HR/HR Tech space
